Product Returns Policy

Gears, Robot, and Company is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality product experience possible. Please refer to the following return policies based on item type.

For Dirval Brothers Brewers Coffee and Other Food Products

If this is your first order with us, and you are not satisfied with your order, we will provide you a full refund. No questions asked. No returns necessary.

If this is not your first order with us, please refer to note that coffee is a perishable item. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a damaged delivery. To qualify for a return due to damaged delivery, you must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery of the order. No exchanges or returns will be made after this period.

In the case of product refunds and returns, any express shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. As such, these will not be reimbursed by Gears, Robot, and Company.
